Measurement Specialties, Inc.
As one of the fastest growing sensor companies, Measurement Specialties Inc. is a global designer and manufacturer of sensors and pressure transmitters. They design and manufacture a large variety of sensor products to meet application requirements in many industries including automotive, off-road, medical, industrial, consumer, military/aerospace, test/measurement and traffic applications.
Logo
Having already created the previous successful brand for MSI, our studio was asked once again to help the company rebrand. By using the literal full name as the logotype, it helped position them as one of the dominant solutions providers in the sensor industry. And, the growing circles are meant to represent miniature sensors evolving into, and at the heart of, most products today.
Collateral
With the need to communicate to several vertical markets, individual industry-solution brochures were developed, such as this piece for the automotive market (on the left). Other pieces for corporate communications and ads were also designed.
Catalog
While most of the product line is accessible through the newly redesigned website we created, the need for a print catalog is still necessary. This product catalog was designed to combine a general company message, an overview of the vertical markets they serve, and detailed technical sensor specifications.
3D Modeling and Trade Show Graphics
Created specifically for the medical Sensor division, this 3D model has been utilized in print brochures, in an animated format for power point and actual size at trade shows. Lovingly refered to as “Mr. Bones”, it is the perfect teaching graphic to quickly communicate the many applications of sensor technology for medicine. In addition to this graphic, Miller designworks has been instrumental in producing other backlit graphics and banners for trade shows.
Training CDs
In an effort to streamline a continuing education initiative for both new and existing sales force, Miller Designworks developed several CD-based training tools. Designed with Articulate software, the sales staff interacts with product and interview videos, and completes the session with an electronic test.
